9 Hole Junior Membership at Hunley Hall Golf Club
 

This category of junior membership is aimed at younger children who require supervision while on the course but are keen to be part of the club. It is designed to help get the younger children started giving them the opportunity to play against other children of there own age and capabilities, gain a 9 hole handicap and learn about the basic rules. It is hoped they will be able to upgrade to full membership from this by the age of 12 or earlier.

Cost:                    £65.00 + £15.00 admin

                            £65.00 equals just £1.25 per week.

The £15.00 administration fee is charged by the Member’s Section of the club, which runs the day to day golfing activities of the members. This fee includes fees required by the various national governing bodies of the game and have to be paid by all members.

Eligibility:            8 – 12 years.

Benefits include

·           1 x 9 holes per day accompanied by either a member or paying guest over the age of 18, 364 days per year.

·         Book tee times up to 7 days in advance with no time restrictions other than bookings on the date required.

·         Unlimited use of all the practice facilities which include

·         Maintained practice ground with 2 x target greens

·         Chipping green

·         2 x practice bunkers.

·         2 x putting greens

·         12 bay Driving Range.

·      15% Members discount rate for balls on the Driving Range.

·      Use of all the members areas of the Clubhouse; changing rooms, members bar and spike bar.

·      Opportunity to obtain a 9 hole handicap.

·      A limited number of 9 hole golf competitions and events throughout the year.

·         Saturday lunchtime competition each week through out the year.

·         On Junior competition dates during the school holidays.

·         2 Presentation/Games Nights.

·         All competitions and events will be fully supervised.

·      Subsidised coaching given by fully qualified Class AA, PGA Professional, Andrew Brook.

·      Can sign in 1 guest per visit paying a reduced guest rate of 50% of the applicable fee at the time.

·      Above the age of 10 years to upgrade to full junior membership on paying the appropriate difference in fees.

Child safety is of paramount importance at Hunley Hall Golf Club. Hunley Hall Golf Club follows the guidelines set by the English Golf Union for Child Protection in Sport. All supervision and coaching is given by fully qualified and CRB checked personnel who are aware of all safety procedures. Junior coaching may involve the use of video/computer playback.
